Migraine Symptoms
Migraine symptoms may vary in a broad range. When the attacks reached a peak point, they get severe although at the beginning they are mild. Migraine begins with unease and hunger, and also the patient might be not feeling well. After the attack begins and the complaints reach their peak, patient suffers severely.
Headache is at the forefront amongst all migraine symptoms. This severe, throbbing, stabbing, compressing pain is usually on one side but may as well affect the whole head. Temples and the area around the eyes are the ones which get affected most. Also, the pain might be on the forehead, nape and on top of the head.
Although many people think of migraine as unbearable headaches, it can actually cause other complaints like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, fatigue, tiredness, palpitation and hypertension.
Changes in the mood also count as a migraine symptom. Uneasiness, nervousness and sensitivity for light, noise and smell are general symptoms. Patient’s tolerance is so low during the attacks he or she cannot even tolerate the mildest smell or noise. Sometimes, they get mad at everyone and be unkind, even to their children.
Also, beynin kanlanması gets affected and the following neurological problems occur: hemianopia or vision loss, speech disorder, weakness varying from numbness to half paralysis, imbalance, double vision, dizziness and rarely fainting.
There are two primary characteristics of migraine. The pain is severe enough to hold you back from daily life but it is also temporary. Even though severe, migraine does not cause any permanent damage. Symptoms go away with the attacks.
